Return Process

  Log into your dealme account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unused and resellable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
